Schools
Griswold Public Schools includes four school buildings that serve students from Griswold and Jewett City in grades PreK–8, and students from Griswold, Jewett City, Canterbury, Franklin, Lisbon, Norwich, Preston, Sprague, and Voluntown in grades 9–12.
Griswold Elementary School (home to the Griswold Early Education Program), Griswold Middle School, and Griswold High School are located on a shared 70-acre campus on Slater Avenue. Nearby, Griswold Soule Street Academy serves students in grades 7–12 who benefit from additional daily support.
