Accessing the Employee Portal

The Infinite Visions Employee Portal contains payroll vouchers, W2's, 1095C's, and other important payroll-related information. It can be accessed at tyler-griswoldpublicschoolsct.okta.com.

These are the steps to register:

Enter your school email for the username.
Enter your google username and password to log in.
You will then be asked to verify your account by entering: the last four digits of your social security number, your home zip code, and your date of birth (must be entered as 2 digits for the month and day and 4 digits for the year). This will link your HR information to your payroll information in the system.

Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Requests for FMLA should be completed and returned to the Office of Fiscal & Personnel Services with as much notice as possible. In response to your request, you will receive a letter that outlines your leave dates and the number of accrued days that will be available for use.
